pp. 4-37

The aim of this paper is to present a systematic criterion for reconstruction of the interpretations Heidegger’s philosophy according to his normative character. To that end, first are classified the diverse interpretations Heidegger’s thought according to their degree of normativity. Second are examined two aspects both of which play a normative role in Heidegger’s philosophy: the phenomenological-hermeneutical methodology and the destruction of the ontology history as key of a critical hermeneutics. Third, after distinguishing between chronological and systematic criteria for reconstruction of Heidegger’s philosophy it is taken the structure of the hermeneutical situation in his three elements (Vorhabe, Vorsicht, Vorgriff) as frame of reference of that last type. Finally, this criterion is applied to reconstruct five types of normative interpretation Heidegger’s thought in connection with each of the elements from the hermeneutical situation.
