Practical conclusions

Thomas Klikauer

pp. 231-245

The following section will discuss the five key elements of universal and practical discourse in greater detail, starting with rules that can govern participation on communicative action. The second part issues general ideas about communicative rationality while the third section deals with communicatively established rules for such discourse forums. The final two parts discuss feelings and attitudes as well as time and places for the establishment of ideal speech situations followed by an outline of possibilities to draft workable discourse forums. These will provide a real and hands-on solution to establish communicative action at work.
